Clothing: He wears a blue kimono with a red cloak on the back. Under the kimono he has a coat like shino’s and he wears a mask on the lower part of his face. He also has a red scarf. He is pretty scrawny so he isn’t that good in close combat situations.

Personality: Rotoka is very polite but doesn’t like to talk to other people. It is against himself and his clan to hurt nature. He doesn’t like to fight but he will if he must.

Clan History: The clan was created right before the plaque started by Unotashi Kinobi who married Intori ujiaki. They had 4 children. Two of the children were very silent and polite. They meditated mos t of the day away. Eventually they began to understand nature. They learned how to control nature and animals. One of the brothers took over the clan when his father died. His name was Cayochi Kinobi. By now whenever a new member of the family was born they placed a set of baby animals in front of them. The babys then choose an animal. The animal they choose stays with them for life. Rotoka is Cayochi’s grandson. Rotoka choose a wolf named Narobi

Description: Rotoka shoots a stream of water out of his hand while Narobi the wolf shoots a stream out of his mouth. The two streams combine and make a torrent of water washing enemies away. If Rotoka wants this to be deadly he can throw needles into the torrent.

History/Background Story: (History of your character. Please try to separate them into arcs.) Example:
Birth Ark: Rotoka was born in a small house in a forest outside of Konoha. A week after he was born he choose a wolf as his lifetime partner. This wolfs name was Narobi. Rotoka and Narobi started to train together when they both become the age of two. They were taught by Rotoka’s father. At the age of four Rotoka and Narobi went to the academy.

Academy Ark: Rotoka was a very non-social child and didn’t have any friends except Narobi. Rotoka was the top of his class in everything besides taijutsu. On his second exam test he graduated from the academy at the age of 8

Genin Ark: Rotoka was put under the instruction of a jounin named Lorono Jonishi. His companions were Toroshi Kironi and Genchoi Darbi. Rotaka and his teammates first had to do d rank missions like catching cats and picking weeds. Eventually they got a c rank mission. The mission was to find a man named Koritoshi and take him to the land of water. They found him and after a day of traveling they could tell someone was following them. Lorono backtracked and captured the stalker. They delivered Koritoshi and returned to Konoha. Rotoka failed the chuunin exams 3 times but on the fourth time he came out in first place at the age of 13. (took the chuunin exam once per year)

Chuunin Ark: At the moment Rotoka is training his water jutsu and his ability with umbrellas and needles


Roleplay Sample: Ocrandas woke up the next morning feeling great. He hadn't been able to sleep ever since he became a werewolf. Ocrandas walked out to see a fresh coat of snow had fallen overnight. He walked outside of the fort in search of the witches.

Eventually he came to a cave. He could just feal the presence of something very powerful inside. He took out his dai-katana and walked in.

Inside it was very dark. the only light was a flickering candle. Ocrandas knew this was where the withes were.

Ocrandas walked deeper into the cave seeing cracked skulls with spears stuck through them. While distracted by the skulls a bonewolf leaped at him claws drawn. Ocrandas then realized he was being attacked. With the upward slice of the sword he made quick work of the bonewolf. Ocrandas continued down the cave. Suddenly he heard cackling in the distance. Sword in hand he approached where he thought the laughter had come from. He walked into a large cavern. standing in the middle were three witches that seemed to be chanting some sort of spell or ritual. Ocrandas decided to wait until it was over.

A genjutsu can only be placed on omeone through eye to eye contact.

would it be possible to change to a chuunin or no because ill make a genin and chuunin ark plus ill change age and the ocean harmony

At most this app is worth genin, so change it back to genin and just delete the dissolve skill.
