Raigen Kumori is a very different one in deed, he is never seen alot unless its a major event. He is often see wearing light clothing, he is not cocky or arrogent in any way. He is a very complex person, he is very funny, wise, smart, and very cunning. At least when he wants to be, he could be dark, scary, ruthless, as well as one person to be scared of. He doesn't have a actual goal in life, he just lives his life by traveling, doing what he do best, eat, sleep, fighting, steal sneak, run, and all that jazz thats mostly required as a ninja. He was known around the world, but sometimes people mixed up Traveler ninja with missing ninja and then there is a problem. He does not get made, he get either irritated or even, but thats about it. He loves his clan, although they seem to lack abit of Taijutsu, he exels in close-combat, which makes him special in the clan. He loves the Rain village as well, he loves rain, and he is the defender of the village no one can protect it like he can.

Description: Tenraigan is the dojutsu Kekkei Genkai of the Kumori Clan. It is extremely powerful, yet extremely rare. It is said that a Kumori will only inherit these eyes once he has proven himself worthy tto The God Of Shadows Tenraigan appears to be eyes with a white and yellow iris, and four dark-purple rings circling both pupils. Each of the four dark-purple rings have a black colored center, and are all connected by what appears to be dark-purple lines.The user will not understand it,it can happen at any time from about up to the ranks of there high gennin times,meaning when they are about Chuunin or early chunnin,the Gods of Shadow will watch them.There if what ever they do interest them they will give them Tenraigan.And the user will not even know it.The Tenraigan is very fatal and useful.It has many secerts.Such as being able to see things that is not of the human eye,meaning of the gods of shadows eyes.The Divine eye has many powers that are yet to be unlocked.There arn't any stages to this Doujutsu.The Raiton god Raiden did not want to give powers to humans.The Doujutsu also allows members to copy Raiton jutsu(of there Ranks and lower).This Doujutsu can also accidently drop your chakra,this is why its said that Raigen used pills often.

To master the Tenraigan, the possessor must master each ability separately. The user will start off with only one ability, after mastering that ability, another shall appear. There is one ability in all.
Kumori users abilities are heightened there strength(just abit), speed(no.Just looks like it.When a opponent, agility(gaining abit more movement), intelligence(small amount of brain cells will appear made of chakra.When Deactivated it dissappears), and chakra are all said to be increased with powers unknown to a Kumori member.

There are only a few,a few members are said to be visited by a god of shadows.But those are slightly.The reason for the meeting is,The gods would watch the member train and either give them a mission,Show them more about the clan and what does Kumori clan is.Or to give them a reward,and all kinds of other things.Its also said the members are able to absorb Raiton and use it as all kinds of things.And the only way to see them is to have a holy eyes meaning doujutsu.

Side Effects
Blinding- if not being used,or if used to much.(meaning if can activate Tanraigan and for Months don't.Then the user will start to find problems with there vision.If always used meaning activated about 8 times a day,meaning will began later to find problems with there vision)

The Kumori Clan was one of the first clans to reside in Kumogakure. During the early years of the village, the Kumori Clan was considered to be the most powerful clan in Kumogakure. The clan was superior to every other clan residing within the village in strength, as well as the amount living members. Unfortunately, as generations passed, the clan gradually lost its superiority. There were exactly fourteen living members of the clan once Naito was born, making Naito the last member to ever have been born into the clan.


When Kumogakure was still young, the clan owned a small residential district. As was needed for the clan, the district had many houses. However, as Kumogakure grew in population, the Kumori Clan was reducing in members. During the time of Sandaime Raikage, the clan downsized, selling off their district to Kumogakure, and used some of that money to build a residential building for the clan’s inhabitants.

Elder Hanjibo, who was Kazaharku’s father, was once the leader of the Kumori Clan. But when his son Kazaharku inherited Tenraigan, he stepped down, placing Kazaharku as the new leader of the clan. As his last decision before he passed on his authority, he ordered that no one was permitted to discuss Tenraigan, unless in a clan meeting, or with the current leader of the clan’s permission. This rule was created to protect the secrets of Tenraigan from becoming well known throughout the world. When Kazaharku died, Elder Hanjibo reclaimed authority of the clan. When Kiseido Yuto killed everyone in the clan, with the exceptions of Ikazuchi and Naito who were both sent away into the care of another village. Naito would become the new leader.

According to legend, the Kumori Clan was chosen by, God of Shadows to be the absolute masters above all at performing Manipulation techniques. It is also said, that when a Kumori proves himself worthy to the God Of Shadows by becoming incredibly strong, he will bless that Kumori by granting him the powers of, “Tenraigan” (Literally meaning, “Havenly Eye”). This is the extremely rare Kekkei Genkai of the clan. Throughout history, only three Kumori Clan members have ever possessed it. Kumori Gendurai, who was the first to have this power, lived when Shodai Raikage served. He inherited these eyes at the age of Thirty-One years and mastered all of its abilities by age Thirty-Three. When he was the age of Thirty-Five years.

The second to ever inherit these eyes was Ikazuchi & Naito’s father, Kumori Kazaharku who lived when Sandaime Raikage and Yondaime Raikage served. He inherited these same eyes at the age of Twenty-Three years old. By age Twenty-Five, he mastered all of its abilities. Naito was sent to Iwagakure as a present from the Kumo Raikage at the age of five, so all the fighting could end. Naito who was the last to inherit these eyes, inherited them at the young age of 12 years. Naito had mastered all of Tenraigan’s abilities a year later at the age of 15 years. Because of this, Naito is definitely the strongest Kumori to ever arise from the clan.What Naito didn't know is
that he had a elder brother who was born before him. Ikazuchi was left in the Konoha village during a trip with his family. Naito and his brother were separated. Ikazuchi also inherited the eyes when he was young and know uses them for the sake of good unlike his brother.

History/Background Story:
Raigen Kumori-Fuuma is the son of Raiten(Rinnegan user) Fuuma and Ena Kumori, he was born two years later then Minoru, and they both had different mothers. He was raised by both parents for a short amount of time, his mother leaving Raiten because of his unhealthy habits for peace.Enraged with anger he took Raigen under his wing waiting the moment he would inherit Rinnegan. Unfortunaly his eyes resembled his mothers, yellow with a blue iris. Raiten recognized this on Raigen’s 13 birthday, the usual day when a Kumori receives his Kekkei Genkai. Raiten’s plans for revenge on the world for allowing his wife to leave him back fired. Either way Raiten still trained him and lead him to become a great ninja. Unknowing of his true heritage he its not adapt to his powers of lightning control like other Kumori. Yet he is still able to produce a different type of lightning that was proven not to exist in the Kumori clan. Dark Lightning~ the ability to control lightning by changing your different chakra levels. The increased chakra level blackens the lightning turning it pitch black. A great tool used by Raigen, to kill in the dark with out suspicion.

Genin-Arc

Gifted in many talents Raigen was top of his class in the Amegakure Academy. With ease he was promoted to genin and was hand picked by the current kage, his father, to be trained under him.But the Elders had to give a price,he had to be experimented on to see if he would be the perfect Ninja in the army incase of war.Raiten did not want him to stay a Academy long so he accepted and watched to make sure that If something happened he was right there to stop it.When it was all done they pretended like nothing happened. Placed on a team by himself he was isolated from the others, the only thing on his mind was the become better. The mentality adapted quickly in his mind with a father like Raiten. Months passed as he became more and more like his father, taking skills used with Rinnegan and inputting them into his own kekkei genkai. His skills as a ninja increased with great momentum, and his use of Lightning based ninjutsu astonished his father. Yet he was still no match for the one he called “Father”, while others call him “God.” Several weeks before the Chuunin Exams, the usual training was in process. Yet Raiten sensed a different pattern in the ways he attacks. Performing strategies that he himself hasn’t taught him. Little did Raiten know about his sons eyes, but he knew that his blood ran through Raigen was becoming a perfect example of him. While they rested Raiten interrogated his son, asking him frequent question in till he asked one that would break his spirits. “What do you know about your mother?” The question penetrated his heart, instantly killing his sprits. Dropping the subject they returned to there training. Forceful as ever Raigen battered and bombarded his father with multiple attacks. Reaching the final climax, Raiten feared for his life when his soon began to control the weather making it pour dreadful rain which would end there battle. Not before Raigen’s eyes twisted in a side ways motion sending a beam of dark argued lightning towards Raiten. Raiten deflecting the beam was still surprised. “I guess he did gain a little of my power.” 3 weeks later the Chuunin Exams begun and he dominated the entire Exam. Coming to the conclusion of him fighting another uchiha that opposed him. With the battle dragged out into a blood brawl, they both fainted of loss of blood and where both declared winners. Later he was welcomed back to Amegakure where he was given the position of Jounin excelling to ranks for his hard training of 2 years.

Jounin-Arc

At the age of 15 he was declared a Jounin by the Amegakure Council formed by Raiten. He successfully completed 15 missions as a Jounin and quickly rose in ranks, but his time as a Jounin was full of secrets which filled his life with despair. His father Raiten was starting to act stranger leaving in the middle of the night, working late hours, and never smiling. Always beginning visited by Raigen’s aunt talim. Raigen had no idea what could be the problem, he noticed it a day after he went on a meeting with the Hokage of Konohagakure. Raigen speculates that it is only a one time thing yet he was at static when he learned the real truth from his own father. During the meeting with the hokage, on his way back Raiten met a weary traveler with a strange power source filled with dark evil miserable chakra. His name was kooko Uchiha, kooko beginning the perfect persuader persuaded Raiten into joining a faction which would help him find his wife. Raiten joined in a heart beat ounce he knew what he would gain. 3 weeks passed and Raiten returns run down and beaten up with messy hair dew. Raigen quickly ask what has happened to him. He answers with a blank stair and then goes into a speech of heart broken anger. By the looks of it kooko’s true plot was the make Raiten his slave by taking his wife hostage and executing her with no remorse. Raiten stunned quickly obliged to any offer kooko gave him. The plan was in effect; his heart had turned black with sorrow a never ending lake of despair. The ultimate suffering. These events led to his leaving of Amegakure. Raigen would not allow it, he was determining to help his father, but his father would use death defying attack. Defeating Raigen and almost killing him. With no care or remorse he and talim left the village, but not before they set up a concealed hide which they would return to, and also let them hold there political office. When He awoke his body ached in pain. Getting permission from the Council to leave the village he left with secret intension to find his father and bring him back to Amegakure not matter what.

Wanderer-Arc

Over the next few months Raigen’s abilities over lightning and rain gave him the upper hand as a wanderer. He traveled far and wide stopping in bear by villages to rest and sleep in modern conditions. While he was set in Kumogakure he over heard a near by townsman speak of a massacre that occurred in the Riga District. A fire killed the whole Kumroi Clan with only one surviving. With that one know in Konoha under the hokages supervision. Raigen was shocked and had to see if this news where true. Rushing to the burnt houses he walked in watching the apartment complex to seeing if its stable. He sensed an irregular source if energy coming from beneath him. He raised his chakra levels, opening a concled passage to the basement. Raigen found his answer, enraged and devastated he found documents linking him to this clan. Finding out the name of his eyes and how to use them. “Tenraigan…” he spoke with an amused voice. Soon he left Kumo taking the tablets with him for further studies. Getting back on the trail of his father. 2 weeks later had discovered information linking his father to an organization. His face was posted all around the Konoha borders as Raigen entered the fire country. Encountering a fellow by the name of Jiraya, Raigen discovered the past of his father and also discovered his where a bouts. Engulfed with joy he tried to leave the village heading towards Amegakure. Yet Jiraya insisted that he go first reporting his findings back to the Hokage and Him. Days later a report from a frog told of Jiraya’s death and what he had found. Raigen had to go back to Amegakure yet his father was already coming for him. Ounce his father reached Konoha he rushed towards the battle field. Stopped by ROOT, he was forced to due battle not beginning able to escape in time to talk to his father and save his life. Devastated with the news he would take his father spot as God in the World by first destroying the one who killed him.

New Beginning Arc

Days later before he was to leave the village, he encountered an abandon thought. He remembered what he had heard while he was away in Kumogakure. There was another Kumori clansman that lived in Konoha. This would be his deciding opportunity to find more info. On his clan. Rushing towards the hokages office he was determined to find this unrevealed member. Asking question after question the hokage gave in to his persuasive arguments allowing him to meet, “Ikazuchi Kumori.” Heading towards the training grounds the Hokage pointed out which one was Ikazuchi. His dark blue hair fluttered as he trained hard. Calling out to him Raigan ran towards him filled with joy. Ikazuchi not knowing him was unpleased with the sign of love and stepped out of the way of this intruder. Raigen settling down spoke with Ikazuchi revealing there Tenraigan eyes to each other proving they where Kumori. Yet Ikazuchi noticed a defect in his Tenraigan, leading him to believe he was an outsider. Challenging him to a battle, Raigen accepted. Raigen begging a skilled Taijutsu user and an aggressive ninjutsu user he was more adapt to fighting unlike Ikazuchi, but Ikazuchi had an upper hand he had more experience with tenraigan enabling him to get the upper hand. Both tired and weary the went in for the last strike, rushing towards the point line they crossed each other with a punch. Like before Raigen’s Tenraigan eyes twisted and his arm became white as water dispurst from his arm freezing as it hit the air. Surrounding his left hand the ice gathered and knocked Ikazuchi to the floor when the punch contacted his body. Astonished at the even that occurred he added this to his long line of strange elemental mishaps. Awaking a few minutes later he arose inform of Raigen surprised at his power, now knowing he was a true Kumori. They returned to his apartment in the steady suburbs of the village, washing off and eating dinner they discussed each others life. Ikazuchi explaining to Raigen why he had these different elements, and Raigen explaining why his father turned to the dark side. In conclusion they came to a deciding factor that they would wander across the Ninja World training under each other.
Roleplay Sample:
Raigen had been moving around the Sora-Ame village for a while searching for a spot to train in with out alerting anybody or anything.He was quiet as always,he found a empty area where its like a cave but it has a opening for the skys.Meaning there he can preform the jutsu of his liking.It didn't really made him happy or anything of the sorts.He stood in the middle of the area,It looked like just a place where people just go in and play or something.Like walk in and there is only one way out,unless you go up.The place was large and basicly a cave sort of.He raised his hands up as he used his jutsu Crying crystals,and made it rain Crystals they all went every direction but in Raigen's.His first move was to change the area.


The Crystal Shards barraged the whole area completly transforming it into a large Crystal area.His eyes were closed as his body was in a complete ninja position.Why were his eyes always closed?He would always close those damn eyes.He could feel the urge to train come to him.He opened his eyes to see Shadow figures moving strangly around him like they were ready to attack.There body stat was just like his but it was all black even there clothing was black.


"It seems the Gods of Shadow have training for me yet again"He said calmly.To the left side abit down you could see a figure moving quick slashing upwards sideways and a stab towards Raigen.Did any of his attacks go through.No.Well of course it wasn't going to get through Raigen's defences.Raigen stepped on his left toe,giving the figure pain.Then rapidly striking It in the chest,And when he was done he took the foot that he used to step on his toe and kicked it in the chest sending it to the new Crystal wall.

you could feel the pain yourself as you hear the smack on the wall between the wall and the figures back.The figure somehow dissappeared through thin air.This did not puzzle Raigen at all as he put his foot back down.He placed his Palm in a stance as anyone could see the black crystal slowly emerging out of his sleves.The Shards were very thick and strong.This was a new jutsu created from standing there."hehe.....Crying Crystal style:Sharp hands"He said calmly and deadly.At that moment they all attacked him at once knowing he would win.He moved like a Kaguya using his eyes and slashing and stabbing through them all with out getting touched.


All of them dissappeared while slowly the shards reform back into his sleves.He took deep breath."It wasn't the training I had in mind but Its training..."He said quietly with a black expression on his face.Knowing he was not done yet.


This was it.Something was in the mist.He knew it but it was only him who knew of his pressence.Raigen closed his eyes one last time.He could feel it.It was powerfull,it was the weak god but the god to a human was a GOD.Raigen knew his power against this god.It was a flying black figure tall with long hair.Apperently this happened to Raigen 3 times,the same god appear to him.It was always good.And the gods always rewarded him with something good.He knew something was up.But what ever it was it was going to be better then anything he wanted.

He opened them,activating Tanraigan seeing the god 100% clearly.He would wait for the god to speak of something.The God was powerfull but would listen to what ever Raigen had to say because Raigen was a Shadow ninja.

Suiton and Raiton are equal, he use them equally, he don't use more then the other.

The Kekkai genkai is Lightning mastery Lol.

Thats lightning mastery. Lightning mastery is a completely different thing then lightning manipulation. Mastery is simply pulling off raiton jutsu with ease. Manipulation is the ability to convert the elemental chakra into it's actual element. Which with lightning, even at mastery level would be a pain to do considering you must continuously generate lightning, unlike other manipulations like water, earth, fire or wind.

Its actually Minipulation I didn't know the difference, this was a misunderstanding.

This character does have Lightning Minipulation, it isn't so it can make the character stronger its actually full control. But I never really had a problem with this app like this before, normally it would be approved, someone acussed my app of being a Rinnegan rip off when it wasn't. That was his appearance, the original character is indeed pein son, but I had to remake it incase of costom only sites which was fine by me. He is just a calm Lightning Minipulator....Thats about it Lol.

If you tried to get away with Pein's son here you would have a had a hell load more problems then this app is having, and a 98% chance of being unapproved due to the "being Peins Son" part.

Thats it for now. And by the looks of it your KKG, as well as your Jutsu using the KKG have control over somewhat of a space and time ability. Lightning or not, you cant create black holes and stuff unless you have some type of space jutsu.

Be sure to know it may be a long time before this app is fully approved. There is a lot of things that make no sense here, and you go off description way to much in your Jutsu making it hard to understand what it really does.

They are considered strong because the ANBU give even some of the weakest missing ninja a really high rank, because most of the time missing nin are ranked by their crimes, and importance of being hunted down rather then their regular skill and power like village nin.

A few problems i see.

You have to many S ranked jutsu. Jutsu that vary in power from like..for example C-S are counted as an S rank due to the level of power they can reach. You are allowed 2 S rank jutsu.
