Before inazuma step's into action he will study his surrounding's and people around him. If Inazuma was in a mission and he was sneaking his way to complete it wich is the way he is on mission's if there were people he would study and then he would strike. Inazuma has one Goal and that goal is to be one of the best Swordsmen in the universe like the first Yoshino was.

Ability Summary: Static Mist can only be done by Yoshino's. If a yoshino has Pure Yoshino DNA they will automaticly know Static Mist Jutsu. Inazuma has perfected the Static Mist Jutsu and has evolved it so Inazuma's Sword can exorb Some Static From the Mist and shoot it out. The Static Mist Jutsu will only Blind and hurt the target but will not harm the user.

While using this technique, his reflexes are comparable to that of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him.By combining this armor with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge the Amaterasu at a split second, as well as Jūgo's Cursed Seal Chakra Blast at point blank range. Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak. Water clones can be used in preparation for the jutsu, which blocking an opponents attack and trapping the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

History/Background Story:
Birth Ark: When Inazuma was born he was born with Pure Yoshino DNA, wich mean's inazuma could use the clan Kenkei Genkai. Growing Up Inazuma Couldnt Wait for Him to join the academy.
Inazuma Loved to train with his Genin Brother. Inazuma would alway's beat Ikumano because of his Outgraous Power and chakara. Inazuma Didnt even need To go to the academy.
Academy Ark: Inazuma Skipped Academy.
Genin Ark: Inazuma Was teamed up with Squad # 0 Wich was an unknown squad wich was the best. Inazuma was paired of with a Girl Named Akira who was also Yoshino, The Boy in the group was one of the Best student's in the Class Leon. Leon didnt know who inazuma was Because Inazuma skipped the academy because of his exellence. Akira had seen Inazuma in the Forest training and beating his older brother who was now chunnin. One day Inazuma was walking home from a mission and Leon appeared infront of inazuma. "Inazuma... I wanna fight... Just to see who's stronger... Akira has been saying that youve been training and you beat your chunnin brother every day..." Leon said as he stared into inazuma's eyes. Inazuma looked at Leon. "Sure... I was just about to fight my brother but it look's like you can do." Inazuma said. "But Let's take it into the Little Forest behind my house..."Inazuma and leon ran to the spot they would fight. Inazuma Got into a battle stance and so did leon. " Water Style: Shark Bomb Torpedo Jutsu!!! " Leon Yelled. Inazuma Watched the Shark. " Lightning Style: Lightning Strike Jutsu!!! " Inazuma sent some lightning chakara into the sky. A Bolt Of Lightning hit the Torpedo bomb shark. Leon Looked in amazemen but then got serious. "That was just practice the real fun Start's Now!" Leon Said. " Water Style: Sea Dragon Jutsu! " Leon said. I looked behind me. I saw a Large Sea dragon shoot water out at me. "Lightning Style:Spark!" Spark's of lightning flung out toward's the Sea dragon and it exploded. "Lightning Style: Parylyzation Jutsu!!" The Jutsu worked and Leon. Leon Knelt down parylyzed. Leon put his head up and looked at inazuma who was looking down at Leon. Inazuma Grabbed A Kunai and took it and put it on leon's throat. "Your finished... i win..." Inazuma said. Inazuma took the kunai and put it back in the kunai pouch. " Get up leon. The parylyzation i took off" Inazuma Said. Leon got up and looked into Inazuma's eye's. "Inazuma the chunnin exam's are coming up soon." Leon Said. "So?" Inazuma said. "Will you help me with my training? Akira also" Leon Said as Akira came out of the disguise she was in. "Inazuma will you?" Akira said. " Sure come tommorow ill be waiting. " Inazuma said. Then akira and leon left.
Chunnin Ark: It was the beggining of the Uchiha Exam's. They were hosted in Konoha. Inazuma Looked around. Inazuma saw people cheating. Inazuma remembered what his brother told him to do "Cheat". Inazuma looked at a mirror sombody had cheating on one of the smartest people. Inazuma's vision was good so he saw the whole sheet. Inazuma finished fast. Time was over and Inazuma left in a hurry with akira and leon. They couldnt waste training time. It was time for the forest of death. Inazuma came up with a plan. In middle of the Forest was a gigantic Tree. they all stood on different part's of the forest. They waited an hour. They then heard a sound and saw a shinobi team with the scroll's. Inazuma shook his head and the area was filled with mist. Inazuma and Leon took the scrolls and dissappeared. Akira was gone also. "The Scrolls! There Gone!" A shinobi said, but Leon Inazuma and akira were already gone. After they finished they waited for the Next stage. Inside They had an Electric board wich would choose the fight's. Inazuma had to fight Somone who used Fire. Inazuma finished fast with water. Leon survived also. During the last stage Leon had to Fight Inazuma. Inazuma and Leon had a Great Fight but in the End Inazuma used his sword and finished the Match. Inazuma was so Good They Skipped Him as Chunnin and Made him Jounin.
Jounin Ark:Inazuma Is currently A jounin he is one of te best. Leon and akira are also jounin leon own's his own Squad and Akira Does also. Inazuma is currently doing Anbu Ranked Mission's.

Vladamire said as he turned into ashe's . The sun Rose into the sky as the moon dissappeared.

It doesn't say in your clan history or your clan that your KKG is electrical water. By the way, anyone can have electrical water unless you mean storm kkg, which is not mentioned. To join the 7 swordsmen of the mist you need to have Kenjutsu (Swords Jutsu) as your main element. And you can only have 2 specialties. Pick either Taijutsu or Genjutsu. And I am unaware if we are taking S ranked nins or not, and do remember that you have to RP becomming a swordsmen out, so do not pick swordsmen of the mist as your classification until you become one.

One more thing to be a swordsmen of the mist (which you want to be) You need to have Kenjutsu as a main skill specialty. Lightning is not a sub element, and sword jutsu is not an element either.
