Clan History:there clan originates in the land of snow the kekkai genkai remained unmasterd for fear of being exiled till recent generations when a man named yukoshima madarame desired power that desire forcefully made itself a dominant trait and he became clan leader and forced all tribe members to draw forth the kekkai genkai. then one day the clans worst fears of being exiled came true and the clan had to move they wandered the world in search of a home when they came to prospiice nation called the land of water they settled into a village called kirigakure soon after the clan arrived several of them became ninja of the village and three years after settleing there the clan leader passed away and the clan was exited to return to there old ways but then some men in the village decided they liked the lives they led and decided they would have a tournement to decide who would be clan leader.a man named toshiro though only ten years old emerged victorious and passed the clan leadership on to his father yukakku who was never able to learn the secret to the kekkai genkai.

History/Background Story:
birth ark: from the moment toshiro was born his clan knew he was special.he was the genius among genius's.his mother died at birth which gave him a horrible case of deppresion the clan try'd there hardest to make him happy but all attempts failed from a young age he took on the ways and teachings of the clan he became more powerful than the clan elders who have had that power there whole life.

academy arc.when toshiro was at the academy he never talked much he was the top of his class in all subjects although he acceled in taijutsu at an unusaul rate he later picked up a sword and was fairly good with it he mat a man with a large sword one day and asked to learn how to handle a blade the man said yes but only after he graduated the accademy.toshiro was very anctious to graduate so he could go off and learn from the man there was still about two months till graduation so he waited it out putting forth little effort twords his work.after two long months toshiro graduated the accademy top of his class.

gennin arc.after becoming a gennin toshiro left to take up the teachings of a great swordsman the swordsman used a large sword but toshiro decided he much rather would like to use two swords they started training right after the academy graduation they started training in kirigakure the swordsman later was assigned a mission where he decided to take toshiro toshiro was exited because this would be his first mission they set off on there quest to the village hidden in the grass they were to transport a peace document to the leader of the grass village.it would take six days the swordsmen said before we departed about three hours into the journey we were ambushed by about six or seven rain ninja the swordsman told me to stay back while he took care of the scum but i was anxious to fight so i took my swords and the swordsman decided to let me take on one of the weaker looking ones he didnt turn out to be much of a challenge so i made quik work of him so i could watch the swordsman he took down all five of them in less than two minutes it was remarkable.we set off from there and were ambushed several times on the way nothing we couldnt manage we reached the hidden grass and got the signature and went back to the village were we learned there was a chunnin exam in a week and the swordsman talked the mizukage into letting me in without a squad he was confident i didnt need one it was fairly easy to pass the exam because i later figured out i was training with one of the swordsman of the hidden mist.i was amazed that all that time i didnt know.after that i was driven to surpass the swordsman and passed the exam easily.i was awarded the rank of chunnin and went off for more training.

chunnin arc.i developed a new jutsu to make carrying around my two swords unnessesary it made a blade of ice come out of each hand the other chunnin all went back to there squads while i was granted the the honor of being able to do missions and train on my own.i was assigned a mission and completed it quikly to get back to training.and i am currently training trying to surrpass my sensei.

Roleplay Sample:i was walking along one day in the land of fire when something caught my eye.i proceeded to investigate it seemed to be some sort of animal it was to cut up for me to tell what kind of animal.so i walked on cautiously.i was walking along when soon enough i passed by someone who looked like a rain ninja.we crossed paths subtley eyeing eachother.i saw him reaching for his kunai pouch so i quikly executed the hand sings required."White Moon jutsu!"he was rushing at me and in an instant he was frozen.i chizzled him out after an our or so.and left him there.*the leaf ninja can take care of him*i thought and continued on my path home.

You can have more then one jutsu, I have around 46 - 50. And next time, click Edit instead of posting an entire new thing.

Sorry but i still don't feel that this is worth Jounin.

You might want to... Re-grammarize the thing? and add more then one sentence to history, if you want to be a jounin you should have at least a paragraph for each one.
