Save for a small, white streak of shoulder length hair that goes down the back of his neck to trail over his shoulder to his chest, his short-cropped raven black hair is kept in a spiky military cut. He has one large scar all the way around his neck from a fight in his younger years. His eyes are the color of a white mist, and he wears a necklace around his neck with a blue medallion in the shape of a teardrop. He is very muscular due to his military style self-discipline, and his hands and arms are covered in knife scars.

Clothing: Fuubi wears a formal black martial arts kimono with the kanji for “water” written in blue on the back and with the sleeves ripped off at the shoulders to expose his musculature. On his right ring finger, he wears a ring with a white stone, with the kanji for “fluid (motion)” in the middle of it. He also wears two black belts around his waist, with large shuriken pouches on each hip, and an average katana on his back, with the handle just behind his left shoulder. He wears his ninja headband around his right bicep.

Additional Outfits: Fuubi may sometimes wear a mask with only eyeholes and a decoration of a blue dragon twisting its way about the face, with the head facing forwards in the center of the forehead.

Personality: Though Fuubi is a ninja, he does not promote violence at all. He is much more peaceful than most people who had grown up a ninja, and is disgusted with unneeded bloodshed. Fuubi is also a renowned tactician, often thinking up battle plans by himself, making most people label him a loner.
If he is provoked enough, however, Fuubi will forego his usually peaceful nature and attack an opponent using his sheer strength before he can even begin thinking up tactics.
He is also very concerned for the size of his muscles, and often tries to show them off to anyone who might show even a little notice to him. Fuubi is especially prone to flexing in front of good-looking girls.
He also considers himself very honorable, and promotes courtesy, even towards enemies.

Name: Hidden Mist Technique

Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Description:
A basic jutsu whereby one uses chakra to artificially recycle the air in their lungs to make the most of it. The user can also take a mouthful of freshwater and breathe it as though it were air for a short while, though salt water will kill the user or make them sick as though they’d drunk it. The end result is that the user is able to hold his or her breath for up to twenty posts.

Description: It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fuuma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

Description: Fuubi secretly places an explosive tag on his palm. Upon nearing a foe he ignites the tag and strikes the enemy, attacking them seconds before the explosion. He covers his hand with chakra and pushes the energy forward, thus directing the majority of the explosion towards the opponent. Fuubi takes damage from his proximity to the blast, but the damage is reduced, as most of the attack is directed at the opponent. This jutsu requires an explosive tag for each attack.

Description: The user will rush at the opponent, apparently trying to stab a foe, only to launch themselves over the enemy, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a foe's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise a foe, move behind them, and strike them from above or behind. This jutsu requires a knife or sword.

Description: A technique that relies on chakra enhanced projectiles, the ninja will throw three knives at an opponent. The first will be thrown normally, the next chakra-enhanced, the last containing an immense amount of force behind it. The purpose of this technique is to penetrate armors and defenses. The first blade will strike the defense, the next pushing it further in, and the last striking it to push the blade in deeper, possibly cracking bones. Each transfers their force of the throw to the next blade, surprising the enemy and breaking an opponent's defenses.

~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story:
Birth Arc: Fuubi Ookawa was born in a large rural family in one of the many small islands in Mizu no Kuni. His parents, fearing the influence the deadly ninja on their family life, stayed far away from the village. However, this made it difficult for them to get money, as most of the food was sold to the ninja village. The family made do with what little they had, and managed to feed and clothe their seven children, including Fuubi, the youngest child.
Childhood Arc: Fuubi’s parents, who were alone with their seventh child at the time, sent him to the nearest town to fetch feed for the one working mule left on the farm. When Fuubi came back to the farm, however, he found that it had been razed to the ground by a raider looking for food and cash. Fuubi passed out from fear, not waking up until a few hours later, when a light rain shocked him to awaken.
Academy Student Arc: After walking about in a daze without any home to go to, Fuubi finds himself in the town where he had gone to buy grains for the mule. Crawling into a ship bound for a few other islands, Fuubi eventually finds himself in the ninja village of Kirigakure. He eventually found himself walking into the Academy and asking to be trained in the ninja arts. Fuubi was told if he could pass a test, he would be allowed to train and learn with the other students. He had to kill a student that was already half-trained. Due to his body being made powerful by farm work, Fuubi won the match, but had to be rushed to the hospital to be treated for extensive wounds. Upon leaving the hospital, Fuubi began his training as an Academy Student, which instilled in him his moral discipline of honor and respect.


Roleplay Sample: Fuubi stares down at the chess board in front of him on the table. With half of his pieces gone, he finds that this was his hardest game he'd ever played. However, he saw one flaw in his opponent's strategy, and he exploited it fully, moving his knight to the weak spot expertly. "Checkmate. Good game, my friend." He chuckles when he gets odd looks from people who see him playing chess by himself, and the wind blows so that the leaves swirl around him and the table, and Fuubi replaces all the pieces back to their places. "Ahhh, no opponent like yourself... at least for a chess game." Fuubi stands up and stretches his legs a little, leaving the chess table for anyone else who wants to play a game. As he walks, he gets brushed by some kid. Fuubi automatically checks his wallet, but finds his pocket emtpy. "Hey, thief!" He chases after the punk, easily catching up to the kid and tackling him in the back of the legs so that he falls on the slick, wet cement of the sidewalk, and Fuubi stands over him, one foot on the kid's blue shirt to hold him down. "Now, where did you put my wallet?" When the thief starts babbling nonsensically, Fuubi pulls out a kunai and leans over him, the anger obvious in his eyes and his strained voice when he whispers down to the boy. "I will ask you only once more. Where is my wallet?" He stresses each of the words of that last sentence, making the kid shudder as he pulls out the wallet, almost full of cash. Fuubi pulls it out of his hand and pockets it, then puts his knife away and takes his foot off the boy's shirt, letting him run off. "Hmph. Not worth my time, anyway."
