He felt the need to blurt out everything at once, but then thought that it wouldn't be very respectful, as someone had just bashed their way through 3 floors and through busy and bundling mist ninja. Kaito had to calm down, and then find a way to speak without terrifying, or making it sound way worse then it already was. So he began by taking 3 deep breaths and began.
