Hiroku entered the hokage´s office with Seth at his side, as he entered he said “hello lord hokage.”
He then vowed.
“Could you please, give me, Hiroku Hyūga a chuunin and here Seth dawnstrider a gennin a mission, please?” he said.

He tossed a C level mission scroll at the male's head as soon as he walked in, heavily irritated with being annoyed with people coming into here for mission after mission. "Take it. Get the f*** out." He said towards him in a harsh tone. His massive amounts of chakra were easily felt as the door was opened itself from irritation.
