Debriefing, to asses why said citizen is visiting kirigakure, and if possible asses their potential threat level and mental health.

Citizens of the allied countries are low risk, and have minor citizens rights while in the water country as a whole, that being said they are subject to much more lax security measures that being said, checks for weapons and contraband is still necessary.

Citizens of allied countries are subject to L0 security Checks upon entry. This entails the following.

Immediate search for potentially harmful items, as well as the confiscation of said items.

Immediate search among luggage or freight for potentially harmful items and the confiscation of said items
