Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.- Spoiler:

Description:Specializing in medicines and teas sometimes requires the growth of foreign herbs and plants. This technique was derived to help ‘mimic’ the soil of a given region, allowing foreign plants to better grow and remain healthy. The technique requires that it’s user is familiar with the type of soil the plant originated from, and that it’s user have access to earth nature. This technique functions by having the user flow a certain amount of chakra through the soil in a given radius. The radius of the soil changed by this technique can range from a few inches to a meter at max.
Despite the adjustments to the soil, climate still plays a major factor in plant growth. This technique will not be able to help with truly sensitive plants or areas with harsh weather. The technique also needs to be applied monthly to keep the soil from naturally returning to its normal state.

Description:Lotus: Herbal Enhance is a technique used in the creation of the herbal teas and medicines in which the Aravinda Clan prizes. As the name suggests, this technique can be used to enhance a given property of a plant part. This helps the Aravinda Clan make medicines that are stronger and more effective than normal. The Herbal Enhance technique can only be used on plants the user already knows the basic medical properties of. This is way it is recommended that this technique is used in conjunction with Herbal Divine.
Like its counterpart, Herbal Enhance can only be used through direct contact on the herb or herb bundle. It is still effective on dried variants and powders made from a given part of a plant, as long as the mixture is made up of only one part (ie a powder made from dried ginger root). Users skilled in this technique can use it by keeping their hands a few inches away from the herb.- Spoiler:

Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy.One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.
The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself.

Appearance:Neo has untidy raven black hair, though not through his mother's lack of trying! His hair is just below his ears in length, but runs just a tad bit longer in the back. He bears large crystal blue eyes, a feature that pops up every other generation within his family. Unless the situation is truly dire, his eyes always have a spark of mischievousness, as if he finds humor in everything. He's almost always seen with a big smile on his face, in fact, its the times he's not smiling that you know he's up to something.
He has an average body build for his age, not noticeably skinny nor is he fat. He is on the small size for his age. Neo wears his new blue vest and an off-white medical bag baring his family's red lotus crest, both are a gift from his parents upon graduating the academy. His vest and dark grey pants have many pockets, to contain his family's special herbal medicines. He wears traditional closed toed, ninja shoes, dark brown in color.

Personality: If asked to describe one of the Aravinda Main House son's personality, many may use the words: Cheerful and resourceful. Neo has a love of pranks and jokes, as a certain exasperated baker, a favorite target, will tell you. In fact, along the western edge of the city, Neo is notorious for pulling pranks. If something unexplained occurs its usually assumed to be the young prankster's handy work. Even when caught, Neo will cheerfully wear a smile. His humor can lead to problems, he never knows when to be serious, sometimes making jokes at inappropriate times. However, sometimes his jokes and bravado can instead, lead to bolstering a teams spirit.
Neo can be resourceful, should the need present itself. He's good at figuring out how to cobble something together, a trait he actually gained from his prank work. Despite that, he is a terrible tactician, most of his plans usually go horribly wrong. Never under any circumstances, go with his plans! As a twelve year old, Neo understandably lacks any and all subtlety, blurting out exactly what's on his mind, no questions asked. Neo has also been known to skip out on his parents medical lectures, preferring to hunt down something more exciting.
In light of his faults, Neo does have a kind heart. He will be present when he's needed. His resourcefulness also leads to the obvious, he does have a good head on his shoulders. He can think his way out of tight situations when necessary. His personality quirks lead him to dislike going head on into combat, though he'll never be the voice of reason in trying to keep any hot heads from battle.

This is my Story
History/Background Story:
Early years: Neo was born in the Aravinda's home nation, the Land of Nomads. When he was approximately one year old, his father made the decision to leave for the fabled 'Lands of the Shinobi'. He has only vague memories of the 'home land,' having spent almost his entire life in Kirigakure. Despite the local change though, his family stuck to the traditions, training Neo in itjustu and the herbal arts from a young age.
Determined not to be seen as one of the 'foreigners', Neo insisted in enrolling into the Shinobi Academy when he reached the proper age.
Academy Era: At the Academy, Neo didn't fail his classes, however he didn't particularly excel either. Neo's specialty lied in his chakra control and herbal know-how. His sometimes blunt nature, caused him to miss the subtelness of Genjutsu. Although present for the final test, Neo actually missed the official graduation ceremony. This forced him to have to be tracked down to receive his actual squad report later on.
Class Out Look: Neo wasn't the class clown, instead preferring to make jokes in offhand comments. These jokes would sometimes bolster some of his classmates spirits while down right infuriating others.
