The tides of war certainly have changed. With Kiri now under serious pressure from both villages of Sunagakure, as well as Konoha, this called for desperate measures. It would seem as if the only way out is to let the village fall, and evacuate the villagers to safety on a sister island far to the south. The way this world has evolved...it was purely unbelievable. Like an absolute cataclysm. The oceans twisted and turned, wave upon wave came crashing against the large scarred piece of land in the distance, which have been flooded by a distant whirlpool. Many rocky structures stuck up from the oceans surface, both tall, short. Durable and fragile. To the far west there was a large piece of land which stuck up hundreds of feet above the rest. Built atop that was the ruins of a long lost temple, built of stone. It had fallen some time ago during the second ninja war, and since then has been abandoned. All that was left of it was large rocky pillars that stretched to the sky, and it's guardian which stood tall to the far north of it. A piece of thin land stretched to the guardian, which stood at thousands of feet tall, and had 2 large blades in each hand, both stabbed into the ocean below. The chest of the guardian seemed to emit a bright purple light, and only complimenting it's design further, many large arc shaped slabs of stone hovered in a puzzle like fashion, arcing over the upper body of the guardian.

It's been rumored that some time ago, this guardian was created by one of Kirigakure's most powerful Mizukage, as a guardian over the island of mist. The one to guide the lost souls to eternal peace throughout the times of war. This time seemed different. It was as if the guardian was no more. Leaving it's people to die, the glow on it's chest grew feint over the years. And during this time of war, it seemed as if the legacy of Kirigakure would come to an end. Far off on the other side of the island, many ninja escorted the villagers to safety atop large vessels which would take them to safety from beneath the water. Scouts have reported no sightings of the enemy, thus this was their only time to act. Though within the mist that covered the island, attention was drawn to this specific area. The Mizukage deployed herself as the one who would take part in this battle. Whether it be the last stand of Kirigakure or not, there was no other choice.

Standing atop the sands of the beach, the Mizukage stood firmly, watching as the waves rolled in, crashing against the rocky obstructs that stood over the surface of the ocean. A slight breeze had rolled by, lifting the cloths that hung down from her Mizukage hat, revealing the face beneath it. This Mizukage was none other than Revy Izumi. She was adorned in her basic attire. Her battle torn skirt she wore over her pants, and bandages wrapped around multiple parts of her body, including her chest, stomach, and certain parts of her arms. In her hand was a long sword, that of which had a blade that had similar properties to a mirror.

    Spoiler:

Taking a tighter footing, and a tighter grip on her sword, she stood atop the sand awaiting the arrival of whatever it may have been that called her here. Could it have been the guardian statue that has looked over the island for centuries? The thoughts rolled through Revy's head, but the feeling seemed far more vile. Beneath the earth, cataclysmic rumbles could be heard every few minutes. This being the sign that the island was done for, and each rumble simply meant the ocean was closer and closer to swallowing the battle torn land.

The battle that is about to take place would be one that sinks to the depths of the ocean, as nothing more but a legend. The final act of a Kage for it's village.

    Kirigakures final battle.

So it had finally come to this huh? To seal off the entire village beneath the waves, it was not a path that Majin would have chosen himself. The thought of the innocent lives in that village swirled about his head making the jounin from Konohagakure hazy for a second as he digested it. There was no choice for The Panda though, none at all. They were orders, orders given with a price from Sunagakure. How did he ever allow them to get such a hold on him, it was laughable that he was the one who had to do the whole thing by himself. The first strike, the shock troops, it was not some immense wave of ninjas, no army just him for a whole ten minuets until Suna would arrive, let along his towns folk.

He hearkened back to the days before this war, hell before the plague even when he had visited the town under quite different circumstances. It was not going to be so friendly and bubbly this time, no his orders were to kill. With a growl he decided to do it, cross those last remaining waves and reach the sands of Kirigakure. Those warm sands, away from the cold darkness he felt inside and outside himself. To lose himself in the ensuring battle was what he had hoped above all else, allowing the blood lust to take over his conscious and shove it aside leaving just pure rage and battle instincts.

Today he wore a simple flack jacket with the Konoha logo emblazoned on the back. His face was not painted, it was much too rainy for the paint to stay anyways and as such the only thing odd was his blue hair and golden eyes. His headband was worn around his neck protecting the adam's apple and other such vital areas in the slim connector of the head to the body. Next to the guardian statue at the very base he would form a few seals and melt into the structure.

Ironic would it not be, that the guardian statue was the thing that would destroy the village it was a signal of guarding? Majin Jinkaku, The Panda would laugh however he was not in the mood for it at the moment. 'I am sorry Kiri, I am sorry for the sins I am about to commit' Majin thought to himself as the arm's of the statue sprang to life and it took it's first step towards the Mizukage. The left arm came down with an uppercutting swing of the sword that shattered the bridge blocking the two. Chunks of stone flew all over the beach, tons of it rained down from above threatening to crush anything in it's way including the Mizukage as the statue made it's next step towards the beach.

Within moments, the wind had begun to pick up. The waves crashed in faster than usual, and the rumbling sound beneath the earth only got stronger. This had seemed odd, and Revy was seconds away from ignoring the sudden cataclysmic effects until she had heard a loud crash coming from the west. Turning her head, she watched as the guardian statue itself had suddenly sprung to life. It's gigantic blade swooped across the ground in an uppercut like fashion, destroying the bridge of land that connected to the statue. The large chunks of earth shattering land soared through the air, and rained down upon the beach from above.

So this was the battle she was meant to take part in. Fate itself had put her in the ring against a god. At least, that was the cooler way of putting it. Whatever was going on with this statue didn't seem normal at all, and in fact it's movements seemed rather slugging as it made it's few steps towards the beach Revy was located at. Sluggish as if it could barely carry it's own weight. Though for now, there was something more to worry about. The mass amount of broken land that rained down from above. At this point, she wouldn't be able to get out of the area of effect by simply hauling it to another location. The only available direction to go was down, or even up, but the chunks of earth were far to close to the ground at this point. Bringing her hands together, she quickly strung together a series of hand seals, followed by placing her hand on the ground, and crouching down immediately. Suddenly, it was as if the ground had swallowed Revy whole, vanishing beneath the top layer of sand. This was her Hiding like an Agnaktor technique, one that allowed her to move through the ground at immense speeds. The area she had vanished from was already covered in large pieces of land that crashed to the ground, but by then Revy was already deep enough to escape the forces range.

The statue was indeed large, and had the strength of possibly a thousand men, but it was slow, being it's ultimate disadvantage. Whether or not the statue had seen Revy's move, she didn't know, but she did know her move following this one, it surely wouldn't see. Within the time frame of 30 seconds, Revy had already positioned herself behind the colossal figure. An obvious flaw of a statue with such architecture. While the entire thing is solid, it would be unable to turn it's head far enough to view Revy without destroying the stone neck that is supporting the head by twisting it out of shape. She made her way to the waters surface, just managing to keep herself balanced within the water as the statue moved it's large legs though it, creating enormous waves which quickly crashed on nearby obstructs. Upon reaching the surface and balancing herself atop the water, she quickly drew a kunai, assisted with an explosive note, and launched it up at the figure. The kunai soared to the figures next with immense speed, where just before it even had time to connect with the statue, the tag detonated.

Just as the tag had detonated, the feint glow the statue once had on it's chest had vanished, no longer being able to fuel the safety of this land. The explosion of which was strong enough to tear layers of stone off the neck of the statue would surely do it's part, but if it were to survive, it would only be moments before the statue itself came crashing down in pieces, no longer being able to carry the weight of itself on it's ancient, aged stone. Around this time, it was safe to assume the villagers of Kirigakure were successfully evacuated, and they had already set to sea, leaving the Mizukage behind to take part in one final act for the island.

That task being to take down whichever creature, be it ninja or god, that remained on this island with such vile intentions.

How odd, the woman had disappeared, oh well no big matter just time to add in some defenses Majin thought to himself as he stabbed both swords into the ground and stood still with the statue. The ordeal took ten seconds in total to complete, it may have been slow now but Majin was getting more used to controlling its hulking mass. And so when it formed a seal of the Ox and having the twenty relatively sized air needles spring into being it was done much faster. The time spent picking the swords back up was not bad either. In short the three actions took a total of twenty seconds, and the statue well that is to say the seal continued to scan for the Mizukage. A good ten seconds later an explosion occurred at the base of the neck of the statue causing layers of rock to rain down behind it onto the Mizukage who stood a mere ten feet behind it's back. Of course before that had even happened the seal saw the Mizukage scramble on top of the waves. The seal was what truly acted as the eye of the creature, for the stone itself was not an eye after all. And that seal was on the back of the left thigh of the giant, melded in black and not showing up on the stone. As the Mizukage made it to the surface of the water, two needles would race towards her at the left breast and right thigh. Then if she got stabilized another two would shoot off this time at the left eye and right palm. The needles sprung into life after the statue had made the seal of the ox, and they were each five feet long, and a foot thick. Ten were located on the lower region, the ones that were fired off being about lower shin height which is to say just above the water. Meaning that they were only around ten feet away from the Mizukage as she got out of the water. In fact two were, while two more were fourteen feet away. This left sixteen needles, six on the lower part of the beast and ten on the higher. After the explosion the statue would begin to stomp it's feet by jumping up and shifting the legs down quickly. This caused the weak rock to break and the hollow air below to begin to escape and of course the water to rush in, the water that the Mizukage now stood on rushed in to fill the cavern which was hundreds of feet deep. This also caused the statue to begin to fall about three hundred feet causing it to now be lower thigh deep in water after the water of course rushed in. The rush of water would happen quite fast as the jump happened right after the explosion and the tumultuous water would be unable to be balanced upon. Not to mention the force and weight of it crashing together as the sink hole was made. Of course as this was happening another needle would be launched towards the woman's chest from just below the statue's ass. The pressure and force was so much in fact that it weakened the legs of the statue quite a bit, which is nothing to say about what it would do to something that was flesh and bone. The whole process took about five seconds for the water to re-adjust to a lower level after sucking all the water near it and anything in the water to fill the gap which was the sink hole.
