Sparring, Kaito vs Naet

As Kaito, the newest but the second member of the seven swordsmen on the mist, was brought back to the head quarters of the cult. He was really interested about what he would find, and he wasn’t a little nervous at all, this is where he needed to go to step his combat level up once more, so that in due time, he could actually return to the mist village a hero. As they reached the doors of the big base, it wasn’t exactly what Kaito thought it was, it looked like a rusted down old warehouse that was used for storing furniture. It was pretty normal inside with a fridge, and some small wooden crate seats, but in the middle, there was a huge white gridded square. That was obviously a fighting arena, and this is obviously why Kaito is here today. To be tested.

“So, we are going to fight?” Kaito asked in a very quiet tone.

He didn’t really trust this man 100% yet, so he was still unaware of this mans power, what if he ambushed Kaito right now. So in thinking about this, Kaito raised his guard to the maximum so that whatever was coming he would be able to handle it.

Kaito walked to one of the dusty wooden crates, and blew the dust off of it, and sat down. He quietly awaited the response from the leader of the swordsmen. While he was waiting, Kaito took the base into more of a critique look and really started to analyze it. The outside looks sort of rust, however the inside is okay with minimal rust and a arena in its best condition. The lights are all good, except for the odd flickering ones, and the windows were well washed and shined from the outside light. The inside walls were defiantly made up of some sort of non impenetrable steel, as all the mist swordsmen would do here is train. But the last thing that caught Kaito’s eye was that there where 7 picture frames, probably the best in the entire base, and 6 of them were empty, and the one that was filled was none other then Naet, the leader of the 7 mist swordsmen.

Kaito thought that after they were done sparring, that they would defiantly go and recruit some more people, but not just ordinary people, these people would have to be the strongest for what they did in their category. For Kaito, he was the strongest in Genjutsu in the mist, he as well, had the sharingan tomoe 3 eye that would make him a very strong asset to this small 7-man team.

But for now, all Kaito could do was wait, wait for the mysterious man to approve of the fight. Kaito had just gotten the least big excited.

Naethyn wasn't one to start fights, he wasn't an instigator, he couldn't handle the stress of it, he'd rather walk away a coward then walk away a ruthless killer. Naethyn was very distraught over this new member that the other blades had to go get. He was off on a quick mission for Mizukage or something and the blades never showed him were the HQ was.

Naethyn was dressed in his usual outfit which suited him nicely. His outfit started off with a black top hat that twenty-four karat gold trim at the brim, a small blood stained white Camellia, the petals were just slightly changing into that blood silk red color. A red ribbon was tied to the bottom of the shaft of the hat as well as his forehead protector right on top of the ribbon, however the ribbon still billowed in the wind. His shirt was a loose long-sleeve shirt that was a flamboyant bright orange. His shirt had a cut in the left arm that revealed his "Breath In Life" tattoo. His black, almost completely, skin tight pants led down to his ankles before his feet were revealed. Going barefoot made Naethyn feel as though he was one with Mother Nature because he could trust that he wouldn't need shoes. His feet were also unprotected do to the fact that Naethyn needed a quick, semi-painless area he could stab when caught in a genjutsu, and since this new member had the Sharingan, Naethyn had to be prepared.

The base was large, enough room to spar in, and to live in. Naethyn had Banshi on his back as he watched the man sit down and wait for a response, Naethyn was just too consumed with the fact that an Uchiha had to be working for Konoha in someway. This man would have to earn Naethyn's trust, either by beating him in a spar, or earning it through missions.

Naethyn glanced at the corner of the base, his birds were out of there summon and sitting there near the medic, who came to our base and lives here strictly incase someone has an injury or we decide to spar. Naethyn held out his sword and pointed it towards Kaito. "Hello, make your move." He commanded the acid dripping of his tounge.

As Kaito was sitting on the uncomfortable wooden crate, he thought of what this cult like tribe of swordsmen needed. They needed some kind of resemblance to the seven mist swordsmen, something that is like a head protector or a sign of some sort. As Kaito was thinking of this, his opponent issued a challenge to start the fight in a rather rude way. He pointed his sword at Kaito and said:

"Hello, make your move." Issuing the challenge.

Kaito thought that this was the most rudest thing a person could do. First off, Kaito was sitting down, and was ready to attack, so if Naet wasn’t careful, then Kaito would have to initiate his real power. But, featuring as how this man was going to be Kaito’s leader, he thought,

”Why not? so as he thought this he stood, up and pushed the blade away from his face, since he really didn’t want to look so intimidated, so he walked to the ring and said to the man behind him,

”Let me at least get a certain distance from you, Okay?” Kaito said jumping away from the tip of the sword so that he was standing 5 meters away from his sparring partner.

Kaito didn’t want to use his sharingan, heck, he didn’t even want to use his sword, but against a powerful man such as Naet whose sword would surely have some sort of special ability there was no foregoing it. So as Kaito was waiting for the man to make the first move, he thought that he would just test this Naet persons ability.

”I’m ready.” Kaito said as he tensed and upped his guard once more.

Naehtny chuckled to himself as the newbie jumped back avoiding the sword, Naethyn really didn't plan on doing much and wasn't caught in genjutsu yet, so he was ready for anything. Naethyn knew that the shinobi's genjutsu would be no match for Naethyn because Naethyn could easily sense the lower ranked gen and be able to avoid it.

Naethyn quickly spun his sword next to him rotating it slightly so that the blunt half was facing Kaito. Naethyn quickly distributed chakra into the sword and soon is was engulfed in flames that soared so very high. He spun the sword around before sticking it in the ground and ran forth. Hoping to attack Kaito, Naethyn was slowly releasing chakra at his feet, although the chakra was not in high amount, he did help Naethyn zoom up to the only five meter away Kaito.

When Naethyn was about a meter away he summoned his sword back by placing his hands together and releasing the seal that was on his hand. He rotated the sword to its sharp side and slashed at Kaito hoping for a successful hit.

Description: This is one of Naethyn's favorite technique. Constantly using his Chakra Release Technique, he can speed up to the opponent at inhuman speeds and quickly slashes at the opponent, in mere seconds the opponent will have one large gaping slash down his chest.

Description: Naethyn developed this technique because it uses less chakra than his Speed Enhancement Technique, this Chakra Release technique allows him to release little bits of chakra at his feet while running so that his speed in one step will increase allowing him to go farther faster. Similar to the Body Flicker Technique.

((The first one is a ninjutsu that wraps fire around my sword, basic doesnt use much chakra, the second two are kenjutsu that dont use nearly any chakra. The last one uses as much chakra as the body flicker technique, not that much,)

Kaito heard a slight chuckle and the leader took off after him. Kaito with his hands in his pockets wondered what he was doing, because after all he did smash his sword into the ground, leaving it behind him. As Kaito pondered the running ninja became faster, and faster nearing Kaito getting ready to finish him off. As he was 1 meter away from Kaito, he did some kind of self summoning technique and to Kaito's surprise, a 8ft sword appeared in his hands already in a downward slashing stance.

However, there was something not right, this sword should have been unbelievably heavy for its owner to move that fast, so Kaito using his podering again, jumped to the right side, and threw 5 kunais charged with lightning at his opponents figure.

"I didn't even need to use my sharingan to see how slow that was!" Kaito said as the 5 lightning kunais charged to his opponent.

The first kunai was going for the opponents face, the second the right arm, the third the left arm, the fourth the left leg, and the fith the right leg.

Naethyn was able to recover from his fast attack, he wanted to be able to get away with dodging without wasting much chakra. Naethyn saw as five lightning charged kunai went out at him. He was humored.

Naethyn pondered the idea he gave Banshi a little of his chakra and soon Naethyn was a good 20% faster and Naethyn was soon close to the Kunais. Naethyn didn't want to have any chance of the Kunai doing anything. He quickly activated his Doton Soujuu and then slammed his hands on the ground as the stone from the floor lifted up enough for the kunais to be stopped.

"Slow, hmmm, I never thought that I was slow..." Naethyn said with sarcasm as he jumped in the air.

Description: This technique allows Naethyn to control Earth around him that weigh up to twice his own weight. This allows him to do simple techniques without the necessary handseals such as: Mud Overturn, and Earth Throw.

As Kaito's 5 lightning charged kunais whizzed through the air to meet their target, Naet blocked them by summoning a wall of mud using the jutsu, Mud Overturn and he also sped up some how that was mysterious to Kaito. The kunais landed into the mud with a thud, and the mud grounded the charge off the kunai so that they were just neutral, normal metal kunais again.

"Slow, hmmm, I never thought that I was slow..." Naethyn said with sarcasm as he jumped in the air on top of the mud wall.

"Well, i really did not intend for you to block that attack...It was, after all a very tricky plan. Oh well." Kaito said as he slowly took a kunai out of his back pocket.

Kaito threw the one kunai in his hand to the left him about 5 meters away from the square. He then pulled out three more kunai, and threw one 5 meters away to the right, and 5 meters away to the left behing the mud wall, and 5 meters away to the right behind the mud wall making a squarish net.

"Let's see you block this then..." Kaito challenged him.

Kaito figured out when he was walking that the floor made a metal sound, it was definatly made out of a sheet metal kind of substance that could easily give off an electric charge of some sort. And since the mud was grounding the kunai in the mud, it would make a net like substance with the perimeter kunai, making the entire floor in a square net electrice charged, that would electricute anything that touches it. Although this was only powerful enough to knock someone out, since Kaito wouldn't want the chance to kill his new leader.

Kaito lifted his sword into the air and used his conduction from the heaven jutsu to give his sword electric shock, and then sent the charge to the kunais severed in the mud. Even if the man stayed ontop of the mud, Kaito could easily throw 4 more kunai to the cealing, and make a squared box of electricity. Kaito was sure that this would hit his opponent.

Description: Kaito points the tip of his blade into the sky, no matter what the weather it is, his sword will be charged. The stormier the weather, the stronger all of his jutsu are. Kaito does this alot, usually when he is preparing for a giant strike, or just another kenjutsu attack.

Suddenly, an ANBU from the Mizukage's office burst into the door and requested Naethyn. Naethyn used the Body Flicker technique to disappear and reappear next to ANBU.


"You win, I gotta go."

Kaito's attack was succesful, but, it did not hit anything, instead his opponent used shinshun no jutsu to warp away when a Mist Anbu appeared at the door.

"You win, I gotta go." Naet said taking off with the mist ninja.

"Well, There you have it." Kaito whispered, barely no sound at all.

Kaito could not figure what to do, so he went and told the medical ninja, that he was relinquished from his duties. As the medical ninja headed out of the place. Kaito put his hands in his pocket and walked out of the hideout, and started off for some random location.
