Seth woke up early more energetic than usual. He was happy that he finally found someone to teach him. "Gotta get going!" said the cheerful ninja as he put his clothes on. The boy went in the kitchen to eat something in a hurry, but upon opening the fridge all he saw was a single ham sandwich "You've gotta be kidding me!" he said as he sweat dropped. "Ok, I'll just buy something then!" said the youngster, opening his wallet but the only thing he found inside were two trapped butterflies that did not hesitate to fly away. "That's it, I give up!" he said crying. The hungry boy took and ate the sandwich as if it were the last food on Earth. He got out of his apartment quickly and rushed towards the training grounds. "Think positive! I have obtained a new jutsu from Hiruko-sempai! So, I'll go by my basic business plan:
1. Obtain new jutsu.
2. Practice.
3. ???
4. Profit!
"He he, my hunger days are over!" he grinned. After 10 minutes the young shinobi arrived at the training grounds - a place for every ninja to practice his techniques. At this time of hour there usually were no people and he took advantage of that to practice proficiently. He had good control over his chakra, which had proven useful in his tryout of the chakra coating technique his sensei had taught him. He knew he was able to concentrate his normal chakra to his hands without a problem and even with some minor difficulties, he had managed to take it a step further and concentrate his fire chakra to his hands without burning him when he tried it with Hiruko. However, concentrating his elemental chakra to his feet was proving to be very difficult for him, so he decided that he would first focus on improving his elemental chakra control on his hands.
He went over to a wooden doll and started concentrating, coating his hands in fire chakra. With one swift punch, he was able to brake away a chunk of the wooden doll. The boy continued practicing punches for about two hours before running low on chakra. His top record of keeping this technique on was 3 minutes as it took considerable ammount of chakra to maintain (about 1/5) as well as concentration. After resting, Seth decided to head back home and call it a day. "Hmmm...what should I call this technique?" the young boy asked himself. Suddenly he hit his left palm with a fist "Got it! Fire Fist! Ha ha ha, that's a pretty cool name!" he remarked joyfully as he headed back home.
He wasn't able to meet with his sensei the whole week and there weren't a lot of missions to do, so he used his spare time to practice his technique. He was able to increase the duration of the technique up to 5 minutes before needing to rest, something he was quite proud of.
