Appearance & Clothing: Cut has short, spiky, black hair and dark eyes which were normally obscured behind goggles which he wore to protect his eyes prior to awakening his Sharingan. He wore a long sleeved blue uniform with metal plating on the part that reached the back of his hands, as well as a blue jacket with orange trimmings and with a smaller version of the Uchiha crest on his collar and a large one on his back. The jacket was fastened to the rest of the outfit by two buttons on the collar. He also wore a white belt, shinobi sandals, and a pair of goggles with orange lens connected to ear protectors. His eyes were also presumable dark as customary of most of the members of the clan (although his eyes have not been seen without the Sharingan activated). He also had markings around his eyes that were turned upwards at each end. In the anime however these lines are broken instead of whole.Cut also wears a flame-patterned mask, accompanied by long hair reminiscent of Madara Uchiha.Cut wears a wine-colored cloak with two bright red, white and yellow markings similar to eyes on the hood.

Voice: Cut's voice is very soft but back by confidence. He often sounds very cocky. Man people would say he had the voice of an male angel. Often the sounds of hate his heard when he talks.

Personality: As a member of of the hidden leaf, he possesses incredible self-control of his emotions, constantly displaying an emotionless personality. He only showed surprise when opponents proved more powerful or skilled than he had expected, and even then he didn't lose his composure. He don't possess any arrogance, and fully justified any statements he made about his power, even complimenting his opponents at times on their abilities.He was exceedingly sharp and observant to any situation at hand, as he was rarely surprised or caught off guard. He also displayed great intuition, as he was almost never deceived and even then almost instantly realised the truth. Cut possesses a fierce loyalty to his clan to the point of obsession and kept wearing its family crest on his back proudly while refusing to wear any other symbols such as a forehead protector. He also viewed anyone outside of the clan wielding the Sharingan as insulting, as the eye is a symbol of the Uchiha clan's powers.

Clan History: The Uchiha Clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the Byakugan bloodline and further back to be the heirs of the Rikudou Sennin's eldest son, who is said to have received his father's "eyes" and with it his powerful chakra and spiritual energy. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps, which would incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye such Amaterasu, Kamui, Susanoo and Tsukuyomi. The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.

The clan was founded by Uchiha Madara and his brother Izuna. In the early days of ninja battles, they battled the Senju Clan and eventually both groups came together to form Konoha. When Madara felt the clan was being marginalized by the Senju, he fought Konoha's Hokage and Senju clan leader Hashirama. Madara was defeated and went into hiding. Years later the clan began to become discontent with the village leadership and Madara returned. Before they could launch their insurrection against Konoha, they were wiped out by one of their own, Uchiha Itachi. Only one member from within the clan was spared, Itachi's brother Sasuke. Itachi and later Sasuke would join Madara in his drive to plunge the world into darkness, for their own ends. With Itachi's death as a man willing to sacrifice everything to secretly support Konoha, the final fate of the clan and its future thus rests in the hands of men swearing vengence against their home village.


Ability Summary: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.

The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.

Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.

Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

Special Characteristics: Cut managed to master his Sharingan by a young age, a feat that he received significant praise for. Using it, he could instantly place a victim under a paralysing genjutsu with just a single glance, leading those who had faced him to advise others to not look directly at his eyes, whilst confronting him.Cut seems to be able to keep his Sharingan active at all times with minimal drain on his chakra levels.He possesses high knowledge about the Mangekyō Sharingan and its various techniques. His understanding gives him a great advantage against other users.Cut is a master strategist and tactician. He is an observant and sharp thinker, capable of reading through several forms of deception. Even when on rare occasions where Tobi is caught off-guard he is capable of creating counter-strategies while maintaining a calm and composed demeanour. Cut possess an immense and close knowledge of the workings of the ninja world which allows him to almost immediately identify most forms of ninjutsu and counter them if necessary, as well as assess an opponent's strength's.

~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story: Cut was born in a run down shack on the outskirts of konoha. His mother was Kirina Miroki, and his father Ugani miroki. They treated him like a prince, although they had little to no money. He was their pride and joy and often they went with out meals just to allow him to eat some nights. But it was something they got used to and found a lifestyle that fit both of them. His parents were both retired shinobi that decided to settle down and start a family. Since not having paying jobs they were only covered by the village as a retire grant, not being alot they were forced to live low class. As Cut began to grow he learned basic skills and functions. His father decided that he would make a fine ninja and began to read him stories of the old days and of the great shinobi wars. Thus Cut grew up learning the ways of the ninja. He saw a pack of students one day and aspired to join them, hoping that he could one day be as great as his parents.
ACADEMEY ARC-
Cut turned six and started out in the academey. He was put with one of the many great classes to train and learn what all students learned. Sittin gin class gave him the feel for what social interatcion in the world would be like. Seeing freindships both made and broken, fights brake out and the occasinol jutsu preformed, he was exposed to it all. As the years went on he began to show signs of the miroki clan style. Advancing beyond most students he wa slooked at as a great ninja. But he could not seem to fit in with many of the students. Always being called a freak and a loser. But this did not bring him down as he knew that he could wipe most of them out. The graduatiion day came and he tested in the top five. Surpassing even the hokages grandson. This made many of the older shinobi laugh as Cut passed on and became a Genin. His parents could even swear they saw themselves in him. Always trying to be the best and out rank the others.

GENIN ARC- As a genin Cut worked well with his team. They also did not like him but were glad he was apart of their team. They preformed low ranked missions but were sad. As other teams did higher ranked missions they were left with the lame ones. Like cleaning and chasing kids. But their sensai promised them that the day would come when they would be tested. And theat day came. Their first B ranked mission brought them to the border. An assult on a trevleing group buy sound ninja brought Zamaz’s team to a firce battle. The fight ended well, giving them all a run for their money and in the end showing them all what true ninja life was. They contiuned to preform to the limit showing off most times as they came into the village. But tragedy struck one day as they went on one of their last missions before the chunnin exams. There sensai was attacked in the back ally of the rain village. He was ambushed by three ninja and ultimately killed. The genin could not beleive what happened and in anger thay attacked the ninja. Killing them and stakeing there bodies in the middle of the village. They came back with the teachers memory but strived to be the best they could be.

CHUUNIN ARC-Cut chuunin life was rough. Not even three monthes after he became a chuunin his parents were attacked by ninja. It was a bounty that was put on their heads since they were ninja and it had caught up with them. He chased them down and watched a shis parents were tourted and killed. Instead of running and alerting the village he chased them and tried to kill the people that killed his family. He fought them and was kidnapped. Being used as ransom. Letters were sent back to konoha almost everyweek asking for ransom for the boy. But nothing and no one ever came. Cut began to lose it and went crazy. He broke free and killed all the ninja holding him hostage. He cut thier necks and removed their eyes from there heads. He spent almost a year trying to get back to konoha. Although they had abandoned him he could not find hinmself to betray the village. Comeing back many people thought that he was dead. But he showed greta honer and alligence that he was granted an award and granted postion of jounin.



Roleplay Sample: The land of skulls was covered in a thick mist of fog. The fog was thick that it cold most people village. It was dense and mosit making a travelers skin feel wet and sticky. The sounds of crikets cripping was the only sounds made in the mulky swap lands. The tree's limbs bent down to touch the groun with not leaf on it.The tree was old and grey.They looked as almost they was going to die and fall over. The swamp lands of was filled with many disgusting creautes. A loud sound of a toad's croak enoched on. The mulky swap would stain any one shoes with it's mud.

Deep in the swamp was an old cave. The cave was dark and cold. Not even the byakugan could see through this darkness some joked. Muddy foot prints trailed from the swaps into these caves of mutiple men. Someone was in there. But who could it be ? The screams of bats charging out the cave pouring in the nights sky was sound in the swamps.

Some one was in the caves alright. Deep inside the caves there was lights shining off the walls. Torches suround the cave's walls. Lighting up the cloud of darkness. There was a meeting going six men stood together waiting for some one to arrive. The Flame's from the torches was over casted by the means shadows. The six mean stood there like stautes not moving in inch. They had been there a while and booty traped the whole cave just in case some unwanted vistor want to visit the cave uninvited.These six man was Cut and his five paths.

The Cut is the very picture of an attractive, sophisticated man in the prime of life. With his dark, piercing eyes and clean-shaven, babyfaced visage, the infamous colonel attracts a great deal of attention from admirers. Cut's dark hair - perhaps in keeping with his persona - is worn casually unkempt, falling over his eyes.The body possessed Cut's Rinnegan, bore six piercings, a metal bar through each ear, three studs through the side of its upper nose, and one spike stud on each end of the bottom lip. It also had three piercings on each wrist, at least one on its upper wrist and some just under his neck.He also wore a necklace, which was somewhat similar to the one worn by the Sage of the Six Paths. On his fore head was a head band with the Hidden in the Rain village engraved on the top.

The Done Path was a tall dark-skinned man with a large muscular build, with his black hair.His hair hangs over both sides of his face to roughly frame his cheeks. ,bread in dreads.Don Path appearance is that he is considered quite handsome by almost all girls near his age.He was first shown wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, similar in appearance to the lavender long-sleeved shirt worn by Kimimaro and which was open at the torso, with a smaller version of the village crest on his collar. He wore dark blue pants with a blue cloth hanging from halfway up his stomach to his knees. He also wore a purple rope belt around his waist, tied in a bow, in which he carries his sword. It had a large bridge piercing through its upper nose which was attached on each cheek with a circular stud, one stud on its upper nose, six studs around the bottom of its face, and one stud on each ear.This Path also had Cut's Rinngen.The path has multiple piercings on its chest and legs as well. A neckless of ten kanji of the rings was around the Don Paths neck.

Cut's main Path looks like a normal teenage boy; the one exception to that is his spiky white hair, a trait that he has been ridiculed about for years. He is a fairly tall, lean-built person with pale skin and gold eyes.He is noticeably more muscular then other teenage boys his age. He has teal lines that descend from his eyes, making it appear as if he is crying. His facial expression rarely changes, and he is almost always frowning.He wears a a white jacket, black sash, and a white hakama. However, his jacket seems to have longer coattails than others, and the collar is rather high.His left eye which has a purple sclera and white iris and pupil.He also keeps his face set in a wide mocking smile. It had multiple body piercings, such as a circular stud on the bridge of its nose, a diagonal row of studs on each of its cheeks, three spike piercings in each of its ears, and a stud on each of its shoulders near its neck.Like all the other paths it possed Cut's Rinngen. He was also dressed in the Akastuki clothing the only differnce was instead of a hat he worn a hood over his head covering his face.


Jin is a young Japanese man with black hair which spikes up in a distinctive pattern. On his left arm, he bears a mark that was branded onto his skin by the Devil.is most recurring outfits usually comprise of a karate gi or jumpsuit—both with some sort of flame design.While Jin's gi costume usually consists only of trousers, gauntlets and footpads ,he also wore the jacket of the gi openly, exposing his torso.which Jin's hooded jumpsuit.

Damu Path appeared as an extremely pale-skinned human with waist-length black hair. He had amber eyes with slits in his pupils and purple markings around his eyes — a reference to his snake-like nature.He has have bright blue-eyes.Damu had jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face. According tohis sensei, Damu was considered to be very handsome, as many women were infatuated with him, he started wearing a short-sleeved long white coat over his normal attire, decorated by flames-like motifs on the edges.His mask changed to a light purple one that covers the entire upper-half of his head with a design that more resembles the Ten-Tails' single eye, consisting of a ripple-pattern with three tomoe around the centre, two of which make out the mask's eye holes. He also returned to wearing his Wingle robes complete with the Winglecrest on its back, belt sash, gloves and a purple bandanna that tapers off down to his back, as well as wielding his war fan, which has switched from an orange colour to a light purple.

The paths was wearing a long, dark cloaks with red clouds, a red interior, and a chin-high collar. The red clouds represent the rain of blood that fell in Amegakure during its wars, and were seen as a symbol of justice by its original members.Both paths had black nail polish on their fingers and toenails.Protect their hair from the rain was an straw hat with small ornamental torques and tassles hanging down over their faces.These men was the leader of the Akatsuki.

Cut's Rinnegan is characterised by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a light purple iris and sclera. It is said to be the most powerful of Great Three Dōjutsu.The Six Paths of Cut were all reanimated corpses that Cut gave the Rinnegan to through some unknown means. By doing so,Cut could see each individual body's field of vision, coordinating the bodies with extremely precise planning.Each of their eyes was peeled waiting for some to come.

How is that used when you yourself would be trapped in a Genjutsu?

Thats confusing and it doesn't make any sense. Just remove that Jutsu and you should be good.

I don't think this should be allowed. Sharingan needs /some/ disadvantage.

This also concerns me, but if you can guarantee you won't metagame with it, it'd maybe be acceptable.
