Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

This jutsu is somewhat similar to a paper bomb, but much stronger.

Appearance: Kaze has spiky black hair and onyx eyes. When the sharingan is active, which it is most of the time, his eyes give off a dim red glow; a characteristic that is a trait of the doujutsu. His bangs hang both sides of his face to roughly frame his cheeks, and another that hangs between the other two is long enough to cover his nose. He wears a black suit and gloves designed to include materials that provide a measure of water resistance. Over the black suit is a red samurai-like armour, an armour commonly used by earlier generations of shinobi. This armour was constructed from numerous metal plates, formed into multiple protective guards along his body, in particular: chest, waist, shoulders and thighs. His clan's crest is displayed on the back plate. The armour is durable enough to withstand assaults from weapons such as kunai, shuriken, and senbon. A sword is strapped horizontally to his waist for close-range combat, while his gunbai is carried on his back, a weapon that can be used for both offensive and defensive combat. He wears black pants with a weapons pouch strapped to his waist. He has bandages on his arms, under which Kaze wears special bracelets with seals where he stores shuriken, and a necklace with three metal tormoe on it. When not wearing the armour, he chooses to wear the standard Uchiha outfit: a high-collared black shirt, also made up of water resistant materials, with the clan's crest on it's back and black shorts. The shorts have two extra pockets from the upper pair large enough to hold up a single small scroll. The weapons pouch is generally present no matter which of the outfits he is wearing.

Personality: Personality wise, he can be somewhat arrogant and vain. Kaze has a habit of being overly dramatic and giving long speeches. By nature, He is a prideful and adamant member of the Uchiha Clan, believing that he deserves more respect than he is given. Kaze is a battle-loving fellow and highly favors wars simply because of the many, many opportunities it poses to test his own skills. As he sees it, challenges provide a method of improving his physical capabilities and comparing that skill to those of the shinobi world.
Given his other traits, he does not succumb to the excitement of battle. Despite a few negative personality traits, one positive aspect is his devotion and persistence to succeed in his goals. No matter how treacherous or worn the journey gets, he will follow the goals he set till he succeeds or death meet him along the way. He possesses some self-control of his emotions; remaining silent when provoked by others or biting his tongue during a rant. Kaze retains some respect to his elders, but at a higher level for those who hold certain titles such as Rikudou Sennin and Madara Uchiha. However, he holds a lesser degree of respect to the Uchiha Prodigies due to their failure to protect his younger brother, Mayuri, as well as a teardrop of hatred towards Nobunaga Uchiha. He tends to only be surprised when opponents prove more powerful or skilled than he expected. Even then, he retains a sense of arrogance to a point that death may lie ahead.

Unique Clan Features: Sharingan - Copying Wheel Eye (Uchiha Clan) The Sharingan's abilities consist of two parts: the "Eye of Insight" (洞察眼, Dōsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (催眠眼, Saimingan). The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements.
As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counterattack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorise almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorise ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce techniques dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact between both parties. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even the Nine-Tailed Fox may be controlled. When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tailed Fox their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
In addition, more rarely used by the Uchiha clan, the Sharingan can allow the user to perform a unique type of genjutsu Izanagi. Using Izanagi, the user can warp reality for a short amount of time, changing reality into illusion and illusion into reality. Although to perform this technique, the user must have the DNA of both the Uchiha and Senju clan. However, this technique has been labelled a kinjutsu, because its use causes the eye that performed Izanagi to close forever.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. In fact, Itachi Uchiha was so masterful of it, he was able to keep it active for most of the time, only once deactivating it after using Tsukuyomi on Sasuke and Amaterasu to escape Jiraiya. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.

This is my Story
History/Background Story:
Childhood Arc- When Kaze was younger, he used to like going to the park to play. Shinto Uchiha, his father, was a Jounin who works around the the village since he doesn't have a Genin Team. Kaze hoped he could be a ninja like his father when he got older someday. His mom is a Medical-Nin who works at the Konoha Hospital. On the weekends, Kaze's parents will sometimes take him to the park to play, go on a walk, or have a picnic. This is one of Kaze's favorite memories when he was a child.
Academy Arc- Kaze joined the Konoha Ninja Academy when he was 6. When Kaze turned 7, his father discided his son was ready to begin his training. He not only did he improve Kaze's strength and agility, but he even taught Kaze the Great Fireball Jutsu. Kaze was able to succeeded in performing the jutsu in front of his father after only one week of training, surprising him. At that moment, Kaze finally received his father's recognition, and could proudly wear the Uchiha crest on his back. Two weeks later, Kaze graduated the Academy and became a full active Genin.
Genin Arc- A few months after graduating to Genin, Kaze's uncle died in a S-Rank Mission. The day after his uncle's funeral, Kaze went to the woods and started smashing a tree with a Kunai. Kaze always had a really close bond to not only his father, but also to his uncle. After 3 hours, he had lashed out so much of his rage and sorrow at the beaten up tree, that he accidently unlocked his Sharingan. He quickly ran home and told his parents what happened. His father later on showed Kaze how to use and control his Sharingan. He quickly mastered the sharingan and showed excellent prowess in Katon and weaponry. Soon recognized as a prodigy, and successor of the Sharingan, he gained attention from the elders of the Uchiha Clan. The following year, Kaze passed the Chuunin Exams and became a Chuunin at 9.
Chuunin Arc- Kaze was put in a unique team with two jounin, making a three man squad. He was always mocked at by the Jounin cause he was the only Chuunin in the squad, despite being known as a Uchiha prodigy. For their first mission the Hokage assigned them to a difficult mission that required them to hunt down a Missing-Nin in the Fire Country. They left Kaze in the woods as back-up, though they thought he wasn't going to be needed, it was their way of keeping him from battling. But hours later, the Jounin were all low on chakra and had no other choice but to call on Kaze. The rogue ninja was pretty tired out himself, but still had a lot of fight left in him. Having already unlocked his third tomoe, it wasn't too hard to finish the man off. A week passed and he eventually learned of a battle that was to take place between him and another prodigy named Rebecca Uchiha, learning of the details on the day of the match. Kaze entered the courtyard and assumed his position, eyeing the girl as she walked closer. He relaxed himself, aware of the consequences he would face if he chose not to fight her. But the fight didn't last long, because she refused to fight and he had no intent in beating her to a pulp. The elders quickly took hold of Kaze and escorted him away from the scene. He felt kind of sorry for her, despite there being nothing he could do.
Kaze was able to gain the respect from his squad team and further recognized by the Uchiha clan elders. He was later taken out of the team and moved up to Jounin, becoming one of the youngest Uchiha jounin at 13.
Purpose Arc- Kaze, now 16 years of age, started to realize that the clan was becoming very corrupt, so there was no point is tolerating with it any longer. A week later, after some thinking, Kaze decided to abandon his duties and leave the village. Leaving the village was rather easy until Setsu Uchiha and his weak ANBU assistant decided to intervene. But after a long struggle against the two ninja, he managed to gain the upperhand and was left with no choice but to slaughter them both. He immediately fled the scene and joined a criminal organization, known as the Akatsuki. He eventually left the organization to find his true purpose in the world and satisfy his desire to become stronger. While he had stayed in Amegakure, Kaze was targeted by Naizu Nimakee as the latter was interested in the secrets that lay hidden in the depths of the Uchiha clan. The battle ended in a draw, however, due to his sudden reliance on the mangekyou he sought to fix the one drawback that steals their blessed visual prowess. At some point after the encounter, he confronts Kiero Uchiha and had his younger brother's eyes transplanted into his own sockets. His mangekyou soon took a new form; and will forever see the light that outshines the darkness.
