The beast will then gather up electricity off a large concentrated blast of electrical energy down through the top of the barrier. If the blast does not hit the opponent, the force of the blast will flow outwards and send the opponent into the electrical barrier causing damage.

Description: This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated, but attempting to use it costs no chakra. Only when the genjutsu is activated is when chakra is lost by the user. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The purpose of this jutsu is to use the target's vision of their new form to reduce his/her dexterity, making it harder for the victim to battle or perform hand seals. It makes it that the user is hardly able to see and handseals become impossible after an extended time and the genjutsu is not countered. (5 posts).

A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.

The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between "taking out" a ninja tool, taking the right "stance" and actually "throwing" it is greatly reduced. The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

This jutsu was initially made for spying purposes because once the clone is dispersed, the user and any other clone of his will get all the information gained with that previous clone. After creating it, the clone can detonate himself and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out. When used in close combat, without the enemy noticing, this technique can be quite deadly.

However when struck, they will burst into smoke. The clone conditions are exactly the same as in Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, except no extra chakra may be granted to them.

This jutsu lasts for a maximum of two turns.
