(I made this some years ago on gaia online and is the closest thing I have to a picture right now. That is basically Seth, just without the cap and the sword.)

Clothing: He wears a sea-blue bandanna, a black shirt with a phoenix engraving on it, black durable faux leather fingerless gloves, 3/4 black shorts, a durable faux leather belt with an eagle buckle, black socks and a pair of dark and gray Nike style runners.

Personality: He has normal intelligence, yet he's perceptive. He is careful - he does not want to engage in battle unless he has to. He keeps his cool in-battle, but let's his pride get in his way sometimes. Doesn't like to talk about his past and gets annoyed when someone talks about him not in a group. He is a good listener and is very understanding but mostly cannot give good advice. He eats and drinks almost anything that is given to him, simply because he is poor and because of that he strongly dislikes the rich, stating that they are too "spoiled" and have no "moral and principles". He values friendship and good virtues, although he himself has only a few.

~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story:

Birth Ark: Seth lived with his family and was born in Konoha village, leading a normal life as a child. His mother, Alica Dawnstrider, worked as a merchant, whilst his father, John Dawnstrider, traveled to other countries to gather exotic products for the shop. Seth was a prankster like most other children his age and did a lot of mischief (like painting the Hokages' faces or toiletpapering the houses) and got scolded often by his mother and father, but overall they were caring parents. Every now and then his father would bring him a toy from the lands he has been to. His mother's cookies were renowned for their exquisite taste, which she often shared with the villagers. After a day of playing, Seth and his friends would occasionally come by the shop to grab a bite.

Academy Ark: He was accepted in the Academy when he was 7, where he graduated but without being able to join a team as of yet due to the odd number of those that graduated at the time. During his first years in the academy Seth wasn't a special student and was very "average" until his father was murdered during one of his trips, which was a turning point for both the boy and his mother, who became ill due to the shock and died shortly after his father, because of her deteriorating condition. Following the events, he started training rigorously after school every day to improve his skills with the conviction to be able to protect what's important to him, which brought him to be one of the best students in his class.

Genin Ark: Currently, Seth is a Genin waiting to join a group in order to receive more missions and be able to advance to a chuunin. He currently embarks on missions alone, which tends to make his life difficult due to the fact that it takes more time and resources to complete them, which lead to his poverty and the need of social support. The Hokage used to deny him C ranked missions, because he was too weak. Feeling taunted by that remark, Seth challenged the hokage one day to give him the hardest C rank mission and he would complete it in less than a day. Knowing that it was in the wind country, the Hokage was assured that he would fail and accepted the challenge. His mission was simple - recover a lost kunai artifact in a region in the desert. He embarked early next morning and managed to reach his destination in 8 hours, which, albeit not a record, was astounding even for himself. The look of the vast sands and the scorching Sun gave Seth a sudden loss of hope, "I didn't come here for nothing!" he said to himself. He started his search and after a while he got tired and decided to relieve his exhaustion on a nearby rock. During his rest, he saw a black scorpion carrying something shiny in its pincers. When he gave it a better look, he realized that it was what he was searching for - a kunai with a curved-up spike on each side (apparently, the kunai belonged to the fourth Hokage - Konoha's Yellow Flash). He chased after the critter but it managed to hide itself in a cave hole inside a small crater near the rock. Seth got down in the crater and observed the hole. He could hear strange noises coming from it. The boy got out his flashlight and turned it on to see what was making those noises. The flinched when he saw hundreds of raven-colored scorpions moving about on the walls. For a moment, he thought of backing out, but his conviction was too great and after all - his pride was at stake. He entered the cave carefully, knowing that one wrong move will cause him a dire situation. Seth slowly stepped forward planing each his next steps so as to not disturb the arachnids. Soon he came to a crossroads - a path going to the right and a path going to the left. His intuition made him go left and he proceeded. Soon after he saw a light coming from what appeared to be a room section. Upon entering the large room, he was shocked - there was well-decorated furniture, a high quality carpet covering the ground with silk cushions on the ground, walls covered in marble and a throne-like chair made from gold and cashmere. "Someone actually lives here!?" said Seth, blinking with confusion. After looking around he noticed something familiar sitting on a marble cone. The youngster couldn't believe his luck, it was the kunai! However, as soon as he picked it up he heard an intimidating female voice from behind "A guest? How nice!". He slowly turned around to see a woman wearing a provocative silk dress, with a fairly large scorpion on each shoulder standing at the entrance. Seth tensed up. They were both staring at each other for a minute until the woman yelled "Go!" and pointed at the boy, commanded, the two large scorpions stroke towards the ninja. Seth used Body Flicker and managed to get past the woman, much for her annoyance. "You little brat!" he heard while giant "arms" made of scorpions coming out of the walls were trying to grab him every second. He dodged them well, but some came close. He could see the exit on the ceiling, it was very close. Nervous, he took out his boomerang attached to a cord and threw it out, with it tangling itself onto a nearby rock. He climbed it quickly and soon he could feel the scorching rays of the Sun again, as well as something clenching his feet! It was the scorpion lady. "It is not polite for visitors to leave so early!" she snaked at him. "Sorry, I don't like older women! Fire release: Eagle!!" yelled Seth with a note of fear in his tone as he shot an eagle shaped fireball at her, hitting right on the spot, causing her to fall down. Breathing heavily, the ninja boy got up on his feet and started running as fast as he could. He managed to get back to the village in eleven o'clock at night. "Here you go!" said Seth, grumpy and tired. "Hm...well done." replied the Hokage whilst checking off the mission on the board. "Here's your next assignment." said the Hokage handing him an envelope. Upon noticing the "C" on it he yelled joyfully "Yahoo!", echoing in the sleeping village, where in the distance you could hear..."Shut up!!"...

Roleplay Sample: It is another hot day, and with the 'a little too bright' Sun shining on Seth's face it makes it even worse. Lazily he gets up and with several yawns and stretches he dresses up and goes to the kitchen to eat something in a hurry; he can't waste time while he still searches for a group. Opening the fridge he sees it almost empty - just a couple of sandwiches, some milk and leftover chicken from last night (being all alone it meant that missions went slower or were too low paid and his budget was low, just enough to cover his equipment bills and make ends meet). He sighed and took a sandwich and a glass of water to wash it down. He was ready in a few minutes and without a second to spare he rushed out to brace yet another day.

I'm not sure if I had to post the jutsus in the Other Creation board but I thought that since they are initial ones and are only D-C rank, they won't need to be approved there.

Well, some D-C rank jutsu do need to be listed. Like substitution and clones. Stuff like water walking and tree climbing don't.

I listed the Academy Jutsu learned by my character and I also edited the years...19 for a genin is a little absurd now that I think about it! :D

please put more for your history. what were his parents like, were they ninja? was he an average student, below par, or did he stand above the rest in his class. put more effort into your history. remember, you are basically creating a living person, give them a story to tell to others.

Chōyaku no Jutsu - wouldn't an explosion with the force to launch you into the air damage your legs

Kitsune Ashi - simply putting chakra into your feet wouldn't be enough to increase your speed, to do that you would need to use chakra to stimulate the muscles in your leg, something a genin wouldn't be able to do

Hmm, maybe chouyaku and kitsune ashi could work with wind element supplementation but for now I replaced them with goukakyu and housenka. Also edited the story according to the jutsu edits. Is everything Ok now?
